Following an assessment of an applicant’s individual care needs, Bray Home Care Service places appropriate carers with clients, to assist them with the essential tasks of daily living.
Personal Care for you
We look after the elderly, especially those who are frail and infirm and living alone. Families who are experiencing stress and family carers who need support.
Referrals
All our referrals are accepted from the local health care practitioners and other care agencies. If you are unsure of who to contact please call us on (01) 286 7509
Practical Support
We can assist you with practical support such as collecting perceptions and shopping, medication reminder, preparation of meals and light household work.
